Ken’s individual coaching and mentoring program is geared to the specifics of a top producing REALTORS® business. The special needs and requirements of top performing REALTORS® are addressed while working with Ken. This is a unique program tailored specifically to the needs of the individuals and team leaders.

Debra Bain, Co-Owenr of RE/MAX Hallmark, has developed and implemented a program specifically targeted towards REALTORS® currently earning $100,000 to $249,000 per year. Under Debra’s proven program, REALTORS in a group setting will gain crucial insights on how to run and fine tune their current business and systems, while gearing up to take the quantum leap in their business.

Helga Teitsson, an experienced REALTOR® who works with our new REALTORS® entering the business, guides them along the first 6 months of their career paths. Strategy and effective patterns are developed with Helga’s guidance to ensure confidence, and get new agents on the path to success.

Barbara Brindle was a consistent top producer in the RE/MAX network for 18+ years. She taught the licensing courses at OREA and she is a long-standing instructor for the National Association of Realtors. As a member of the leadership team at RE/MAX Hallmark she authors and presents timely and relevant content to our associates in the areas of; negotiation, buyer and seller representation, contract law, business planning and communication. She is also an exclusive provider of the SRES® and ABR® courses for Hallmark.
